As we are pretty much finished with the month of January, I wonder how many people are still following their resolution to get in better shape? I have always thought that if people truly wanted to get in shape they could! The question I would ask them is if you were to “win” one million dollars this week, do you think you would have any problem losing 2lbs? The difference is how people change their thought process. So maybe the best thing to do is to try and determine how bad you want it? How much it is worth it to you, and instead of “wishing” your results… think about it as if you were going to win a million dollars this week!
