Each Sunday I will publish a list of the top health articles I find around the web. I will include the latest research in Exercise, Diet, Food Supplements, and Fitness Tech.
Interesting article... it should be noted that the exercisers were only doing cardiovascular/endurance training and not resistance training... they also are only "speculating" that the lower blood flow is bad. It is important to take a week of rest/recovery every so often (possibly every 12 weeks). I think the point they are making is that you can lose the effect of exercising quickly... but you can gain it back quickly too.
Research suggests the low-carb, high-fat ketogenic diet accelerates weight loss, reverses type 2 diabetes, manages multiple sclerosis and starves cancer.
MSM or methylsulfonylmethane has been around forever... I remember selling it at GNC 20 years ago... Is the new research legit? Will it speed recovery?
Fitness band maker adds meditation apps to its range by James Titcomb
Nice feature... I wonder if it will work?
