These are the top health articles I find around the web that I think are cutting edge, cool, and just plain awesome!
As I look at all the new research coming out each week, I still see an alarming trend… most people fail at losing weight and getting fit! I also think the old saying that people are lazy etc just doesn’t cut it all the time. People are struggling when trying. I think we are close to finding what the reason is… the question is does obesity cause inactivity or does inactivity cause obesity?
