Best Diet and Exercise Articles May 1, 2016

This time of year should be a slow down for diet and fitness but I have noticed that with the warm weather brings the reality of "oops I need to get in shape."  As there are many things that change in the fitness nutrition industry, there are many things that stay the same... For instance in today's articles it mentions that resistance training is more important than aerobic training and cheat meals are good... these are 2 things that most people have known for years...  But the cool thing is what Technology is doing for us... how cool would it be to take an IMAX spin class??? The future is bright... I better wear my fitness tracking sunglasses!
